Beatles into Zeppelin, plain and simple. Robert Plant was the first closest thing to metal. Beatles into Queen into Ramones for punk/grundge etc. then why are u saying everything is rock when everything is clearly pop by your recount of music history over the last fifty years Amon Amarth is clearly a swedish pop sensation

Ahhh well the way Korean record companies promote the groups the difference isn't in the music at all... its "image". And because of that "image" it dictates what type of songs they do...

My reason for not listening to Korean songs at all. The only Korean songs I have are by Younha, as well as Wonder Girls' "Tell Me" and "Nobody", and KARA's "Honey".
The rest sound the same =/

Don't include a whole countrys music into the filthy pop genre, there is korean music that isn't girly pop groups. :p
