You say there is a rule that you MUST type GG or gg when leaving the game. There is no such rule. There is a rule that states WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE to type BEFORE YOU CONCEDE is GG or gg.

The rules as far as I have read them/been informed DO NOT CLEARLY STATE THAT YOU MUST TYPE GG OR gg BEFORE LEAVING THE GAME.
