my current guess is that hwasin scouted the fast third at the back of best's base, and there's two responses that T uses for that- one is to do some sort of timing push that is able to hit while protoss is weak (like a 4 fact 2 base fast push) and the other one is dropships. I guess hwasin liked the former and not the latter, and it seems to be working for him.

mines are planted outside of best's gates, best is going to try to recall looks like in hwasin's base.

i this is going to need to do basically game ending damage if this is going to do enough, but it dosen't look like it, as hwasin started to pull his units back a long time ago.

That game was hilarious. Best takes out all of Hwasin's tanks, manages to somehow lose all his goons anyways, then gets caught with slow zealots against masses of vultures, then bleeds a slow painful death. Can't say I'm surprised.
