EDIT: A korean friend just informed me that there's a slight mistake here the prizes are as follows: 1st 40,000,000 KRW 2nd 20,000,000 KRW
The 108,000,000 KRW figure is the total prize pool. Oh well. -FrozenArbiter
First of all, the sponsor will be Batoo (바투), some Korean online game. Secondly, all players which enter the OSL will earn some sort of official prize money now (next to match appearance earnings). These range from 100,000 KRW for being in the Round of 36 to 12,000,000 KRW for making the Quarter-finals.
As like past seasons, the top four from last season (Incruit) will be seeded into the Round 2/the OSL, they include Stork, Fantasy, Best and GGPlay. Eliminated players from Round 1/ODT last season will be as usual seeded into Round 1 of this season. They include; P: Rock, Bisu, BackHo, Much T: Flash, Midas, Mind, Light, Sea Z: July, Luxury, TheZerg.
The season will first kick off with the OSC (also known as the offliners) on the 12th of December. Broadcasting starts at 14:00 KST.

108000000 won is even higher than the proleagues last year (i think they were 100000000 won)

DAYUM THAT'S A HUGE PRIZE
I'm excited for this. MVP is obviously oing to wreck the offline preliminaries.

This is bisu's OSL !
Any info about if ACE players can play the qualifiers this time? Its about time Reach makes another nice osl run, like in daum 2007.

What the hell @ the first place prize money. Also wth@the quarter finals prize money.
Both are of course awesome developments (assuming they are sustainable), but still wow.
