First, they talked to Rock. They asked him about his history with July, and Rock said he doesn't want July to pick him. He said he didn't want any of that round of 16 nonsense, that he wanted to settle things in a series like a man. They said to July, "all the terrans want you!". In particular, they talked about Sea, and July said "yeah, I'd play him, but the group stage isn't the proper setting for a match against Yum BoSung". Something to that effect, anyway. Sea said he loses in the round of 16 a lot. He said, "I know people want grand words, but I don't really want to build up hype. I've lost so many times, if I fail again I'll have a mountain to climb (meant like he'd have to train his balls off)". Then they asked him about his mom and he said he'd love to have his mom be able to watch him on an outdoor stage (round of 8 and on, apparently). Best's interview was pretty bland, he said he wants Flash and Sea in his group because he wants to advance to smash July later on (lol). Afterwards, July said that Best is a good player, and it's possible that he'd lose to Best, "I mean I think he can stop 5pool.. well, he did. But he couldn't stop anything afterwards." July basically said that Best played like ass in the final, but also said he wouldn't mind if Best went 0-3 in the group stage so he wouldn't have to face him again. Joking manner, of course. Flash spent a lot of time talking about the environment in KTF, how happy he is there and the great expectations he has for the team in the future. Very bland interview, but he said he wants July to pick him. July wasn't pleased because now if he dodges he looks like he's scared of terran  GGplay's interview was very run of the mill as well, he just said that he's played really shitty since he won his OSL, and that he is making a serious effort to return to form etc etc. Much's interview was largely more of the same, I want to show my best and so on. However, he talked about his pylon heart against FireBatHero. "You know, if I did that against any other player, I'd probably catch a lot of shit. But that didn't happen when I did it to him." Then he says that if he loses to FireBatHero he can probably expect a ceremony in return, "but I don't see that happening." Midas said that he will find a way to win every game, be it a fast victory or a slow victory. He wants to win back-to-back OSLs, starting with this one. The commentators asked Fantasy what he thought about the timing of his entry into OSL in relation to his career, and he only really said "I guess it'd be bad if it was earlier.. and I guess it'd be bad if it was later." TheZerg gave props to July, and said that every MBC Hero zerg models their play after his aggressive style. He said that 2v2 is way harder than 1v1 because of the variance in chemistry with different partners. He said he's very focused on the Royal Road, he wants to walk that shit so bad After that there wasn't really anything interesting. The rest of the interviews apparently didn't have anything worth mentioning. | ||

Thezerg said he likes ZvT, but he feels best about ZvT despite the strong terran line up. So he picks.... Midas. Midas says he loves it, he loves it a lot. He has a lot of new things for TvZ with timing (probably cuz of maps) and he's confident in ZvT. The other guy in his group being Luxury, who's sucker brother got slain by our baby bear. Obv, he's MIDAS, THE KING... of choke. | ||

ROCK IS STUCK WITH GGPLAY!!!! He is so pissed. GGplay wanted a P, and cuz last season he lost so stupidly to Rock, he wants blood again. Rock is talking about how he got raped lately (vZ), but his victory game vs GGplay was complete, and he wants another one. Lame stuff. | ||

There isn't a single player in this OSL i'm not looking forward to watching, in fact I'd identify myself as a fan of every single player present besides Stork and Backho. And probably Light, but I'm rather just indifferent about him. | ||

i think flash will be #1, followed by much or bisu, but i guess bisu won't be able to win in PvP and he'll be eliminated. second group should be fun - especially watching what the rock is cooking ^^ he will lose with best, but still, there will be second spot in finals. i think that game rock vs. light will decide about that - unfortunatelly i would give much more chances to light than rock group c - luxury and midas. they will destroy all oponents - and i think midas will also smash luxury quickly,but you never know group d is also very very good. i like PvT, and i like Stork's PvT most. for me there's no chance for stork not going to the second round. second? sea or bakcho - i think that fight between them will decide. but who will be better? i would like backho, but i can't imagine him destroyng sea - so probablly sea will take second place in group | ||

Rock will get smashed by Best and lose vs GGPlay cause its PvZ and his PvZ sucks. No comment on Light C: Lux and Midas. Midas has been rollin lately and Mind's worst MU is probably TvZ. D: Sea and Stork. The smart guy picks these two. Although if Backho makes it, I wouldn't be surprised either. | ||

I hope Bisu will make it through this group... but Flash is his nightmare as he is the best TvP player that ever came down to earth and July is just his antidote... wow... :/ I hope for a miracle, lol. And Bo Sung got such a fucking tough group as well... shit... I mean Stork AND Fantasy and BackHo who keeps winning too... Btw don't count out BackHo just cuz he's dumb, he always finds his way to win + his PvT isn't as bad as most people say... waah what a killer group. Literally each of Group A / D has more potential OSL winners than Groups B / C combined. | ||

Bisu might have a rough time in this group, seeing as he still isn't quite up to the form that the others have been exhibiting. I'd expect Much (2-1 losing to July) and July (2-1 losing to Bisu), except Zergs seem to have a tough time on these maps, so probably Much Flash. B. Best and.... ROCK! C. TheZerg shouldn't have a problem with Midas or Mind after he shut Hwasin down three times. Draw between Luxury and Mind. D. Stork (I don't think he'll lose just yet), and Fantasy. Would be hilarious if Backho advanced; there aren't any zergs in his group, so you never know.... | ||

Group B : BeSt - Rock Really n°2 could be anyone, but Rock isn't done yet. Group C : Midas - TheZerg Luxury will choke against TheZerg even if his ZvZ is supposedly better. Mind gets raped left and right. GG no re. Group D : Fantasy - BackHo Close call. I don't know the format (2x1v1 then Winners then Losers then Final Game or everyone faces everyone?) But I see a tiebreaker here if it is posssible. Stork is likely to get out instead of BackHo but I hate him too much. Sadly, Sea will get cheesed by Stork and lose a beautiful hour-length TvT to Fantasy. He is likely to beat BackHo though. | ||
