Yes, but I just don't think he should be insulted like that.
And iNcontroL, Asator is actually a player, search his name on iccup. He may not be a great player but he is somewhat known around Starcraft.
I play with the guy occasionally. He doesn't even resemble LS at all.

Aux1 as far as I know Asator was on the management team for iG. before. He has done more than just made a few friends in the SC community.

"known" implies he is a "household name" in the SC community. Had you specified like, "east server" or "our circle of friends" you'd be less an idiot. But you actually said "Starcraft." That means when basically everyone hasn't heard of him (this forum would agree) you are inflating a guys ego that doesn't need it.
And I'd argue he resembles LS quite a bit. Asserting to not know some "gosu" and most likely knowing damn well who it is but still feels the need to plug a friend I guess.
And yes he deserves to be insulted he is defending the scum of this game.

I said somewhat-known. I was not implying he was a household name. I'm not expecting someone to interpret when I said "somewhat-known" because it is such a loose term, especially when people can take it many different ways. If you wanted me to define what I meant I'll be happy too, because I know that was quite stupid of me to put a word out there for everyone to make assumptions off of.
He has put participation into Starcraft in many areas. By "many" I mean he has done more than the average Starcraft player that plays on a server, maybe joins a clan, and could participate in ICCup if they feel saucy. If he was on the management team of a clan, he would most likely be known by the players on his team as well as other teams if he is helping the clan during clan wars, or any other areas that he may have participated in. I'm sure you've been through lots of clan wars being a high caliber player yourself, and usually you can remember the good (or bad) experiences you had when the other team's admin had to set up the draw or work through some hard points. I've been through a few seasons of WGT CL and I must say the most memorable moments besides how good (or bad) we did is the fact that there were some hardships with the admins who could not speak english when we overcame a problem with the rules. I also remember the admins of other teams who were very GM and worked with us if we needed to delay a match or two. These simple things can just stick to our memory, since managers and anyone who helps the clan progress through matches and organization are an important part of the Starcraft community. It is examples like these that just stick with the players, that remain in the memory.
It can be different for everyone else, but I'm positive you agree with me that these people get more respect and have a more known name good or bad than someone who just plays on the east server with friends.

Aux, I'm not sucking his rod dude. I don't think Asator is a better person than anyone else. It is just somewhat ridiculous to go into an ICCup topic and see someone get raped inside the flames of a war by flaming and harsh words. I know he isn't "popular" and maybe not everyone likes him but I don't know what he did wrong in the first place for you to flame him.

I didnt see the word "somewhat" in which case I am wrong and you are fine in what you're saying. I still think he knew who he was asking about and was plugging a scumbag though in which case I cant help but disrespect him. Not to mention he followed it up with a defense
Dino/Spades/LS and the other hackers dont deserve anything from us except our hatred. They steal, waste and generally plague the game we all love. What more reason could you have but to hate them?

As much as I love seeing LS/Dino/Spades getting bashed, I think it would be in everyone's best interest to get back to investigating real worth while players on ICCup.
