Not really a problem, it just went from a one minute investment of time to a five minute investment of time. And since it is time I probably would have spent browsing tl anyways, it's no big deal.

I have decided to be an obstinate bastard, and so refuse to start this until we get our 32, which means we still need 9 people to sign up. If it is a question of motivation, I will ask dragoonpk and see if we can't get some points towards seed status for participation.

Well, if both are on CAL, and both want to call "rated" at start, I dont see why they shouldnt be allowed to do so? Or you wanted to make it mandatory?
