Up seems to want to hit 200/200 in BCs, still making and massing them at Gaema Gowon. Up making a move on a random turret encampment from Oov. Oov marching out with a a largish group of gollies. | ||

Oov ferrying around the remainder of his massive golly army, Up turtling the last of his tanks at Gaema Gowon in a nest of turrets. Both islands are still pretty full, Oov and Up both have one. Gaema Gowon's min only is full as well. Only fresh bases left. Only a couple of starports from Up blinking D= | ||
