Date: August 6th ~ 19th
The format will be somewhat similar to last year's format. Before the 6th, there will be an Amateur Qualification Round. Like last year, it will consist of amateurs and non-proagmers. Unlike last year, only 2 players will advnace to the next round.
Next comes the 1st Qualification Round. This round will consist of the 2 amateurs, plus 18 players from the top 24 KeSPA Ranks of July (Top 3 and 3 others are seeded to the next round), making a total of 20. From here 10 will advance to the 2nd Qualification Round.
The 2nd Qualification Round will have 6 seeds. The top 3 ranked players from the July KeSPA Ranks (Savior, Bisu, NaDa), and the top 3 finishers from last years WCG (Oov, July, Midas). These 6 seeded players and the 10 players from the 1st Qualification Round will play a Single Elimination Tourney to determine the top 3 who will go to Seattle.
UPDATE:
- The Amateur Qualification Round will be on July 21st and July 22nd.
- The 1st Qualification Round and 2nd Qualification Round will all best of 3.
- Maps will be WCG Gaia, WCG Azalea, WCG Paranoid Android, and Sin Peaks of Baekdu. The order of the maps will be determined on the day of the tournament.
- The matches will be broadcasted by OGN on Aug. 6th ~ Aug. 16th at 12:00 Korea Time, and Aug. 17th ~ Aug. 19th at 13:00 Korea Time.

(if you recall, PuSan and July created quite a bit of controversy when they were going to boycott WCG because they were in the same group together and no other players from the same team were in that situation)

Fisheye is Fisheye[pg], a german player. Hes not a progamer at all.

Looks like it's single elimination + 3rd place match. Savior/Bisu (if/when they win) meet in the Ro8. =/
