Match 1: Larva team vs Flash team

Game 1: Mong vs Jaedong on Gladiator

Mong started 7 o'clock, JD at 2 o'clock. Both players went for FE, and played macro. JD went for mutas, Mong for bio. With muta micro he got gas at natural and a few drons. JD's went for third at 8, lurkers morphed just on on time to stop first push. Mong waited for Vessels, irradiated two of 3 lurkers and busted in third. JD send rest of lurkers and lings through nydus to save it, when Mong sent dropships in naked main. He destroyed defiler den, before army returned, while another drop in natural killed some drones. Mong's next push M&M with vessels push to third did more damage, forced JD to move army, while Mong again contested natural. When third was empty, Mong droped on nydus and removed it. Last push to natural with FB was enough to end the game.

Mong won: 1 - 0

Game 2: ggoniboogi vs A02 on Fighting Spirit

P started at upper left, T at bottom left. P went for DT, T for factory before CC. P first missed SCV who just went into base, but it didn't see DT tech. Nevertheless, engineering bay was done by then and turrets built on high ground. When siege was done, T expanded. She played safe, building two turrets in natural. DTs didn't even try to go in, and when enough tanks vultures were built, she went for a push. On a way she scanned and killed two DTs. Vultures when into natural and killed drones. It was gg after that.

A02 won: 1 - 1

Game 3: terror vs ginewda on Circuit Breaker

Z starter in upper left, T in upper right. Longest game of day and very hard one to recap. terror haven't managed to secure third in lower right corner (ginewda killed hydras transferring there), and while T was killing it, drone was sent in lower left, where third was finally secured. This forced weird map split, where every player controlled opposite corners of a map. Game stabilized from there, but terran managed to bank a lot of resources after it was maxed. He didn't fully switched to mach, only tanks, instead started building wraiths until end of a game. Almost every time group of wraiths were build it was plagued. When zerg managed to destroy main, it didn't really matter, because factories were in lower left corner. Only then he went for vultures and mines. That was splash needed to stop zerg.

ginewda won: 1 - 2

Game 4: Larva team (larva & ggoniboogi) vs Flash team (flash & A02) on Fighting Spirit

There were map issues with this game. In first two games building military units didn't trigger change of ownership and that forced long delay. Finally, when game started, Flash team when for FD, Larva team for DT. first DT went into natural without detection and killed one tank. After that they went to arbiters on two bases. Flash team powered up and with tank and vulture push, with a help from scvs controlled by flash and building turrets, ended game. A02 was very careful and even though P flanked T on bridge, it wasn't enough.

Flash team won: 1 - 3


Match 1: Best team vs Britney team

Game 1: Best vs Rain on Gladiator
Best spawned on 8 o'clock, Rain on 5 o'clock. Both opened with 3gate, Rain had better micro with dragoons and it looked like he is getting advantage after each small engagement. But Best decided to try DTs, while Rain went for Reavers tech. When 2 DTs left the base, observatory was started. Instead to go in proble line, Best went for Robotics. Rain tried to buy time using probe drill to separate DTs from robotics, managed to do it once, but not in time for observer to pop out.

Best won: 1 - 0

Game 2: Deoksun vs CadenZia on Fighting Spirit

Deoksun at bottom left, CadenZia upper left. Deoksun went for FE, CadenZia for 9 pool. Right when CadenZia's zerlings finished, she spotted Overlord and knew where to go. With some good micro she managed to break natural and kill enough zerlings to go inside main. In the meantime she started spire, but after killing drones it was enough to end game right there.

CadenZa won: 1 - 1

I didn't have time to watch games after that, so for last 3 game, here are results:

Game 3: Horang2 vs Britney on Circuit Breaker

Horang2 won: 2 - 1

Game 4: Team Best (guldo & Deoksun) vs Team Britney (Effort & CadenZia) on Fighting Spirit

Team Britney won: 2 - 2

Game 5: Best vs EffOrt on Blue Storm

EffOrt won: 2 - 3

How Rain handled all of that was just amazing.It wasnt perfect but let's be honest , perfect in BW doesnt exist.Even God himself makes mistakes.
Sharp also had really strong in-game plan as well as execution , that was really strong play overall..
The only thing that comes to my mind after watching this game is how important scout is in BW.This game would've been totally different if Rain didnt scout eveything what Sharp was doing.
