either you get the points but end up unhappy (because your team lost) or you lost the points but end up happy (because your team won!) i'd call that a win-lose situation (you will end up neutral "1-1" so to speak, no matter the outcome, as oppossed to double happiness or double sadness) | ||

the most common usage of a "win-win situation" is when both parties involved in something benefit. it's a little different in this case because both parties are like different parts of you -- the liquibet part and the fanboy part. so i'd call it win-win when both your favorite team wins and you get liquibet points. | ||
