Casy>FBH. FBH has improved a LOT and i think he has a good chance at beating Casy 1 more time to win this. He has a clear advantage and as long as he doesn't let it go to his head i think FBH has a good chance at advancing.. even though casy's TvT is pretty good... sort of a toss up after last week's performance from casy though.
NaDa>Fake YellOw. not really sure about this, but i THINK nada will advance.. no one can really beat nada ZvT twice in a row...
sAviOr>Much. it would be hard for much to take a game, but who knows.. but the end is inevitable.

Yeah, I've noticed that recently people generally agree on who will win and things like that.
It's just because there are very few hyped matches now. All the interesting guys are already gone from OSL and MSL D: There's no "close" MUs. Casy/July and Midas/sAviOr were probably the only good OSL matches so far -.-;;

I'm a big NaDa fan but 3-0 is way too optimistic, Savior still hasn't show any sign of weakness in ZvT and he's still the hottest player down here. Wait and see ....

GoRush didn't beat NaDa in the finals of KT-KTF, NaDa lost in the semi finals and got third by beating Yellow.
GoRush beat NaDa 4-2 in YTGK MSL Finals when they upped it to best of 7.
NaDa's two TvZ OSL championships were 3-0 against ChoJJa and July and they were beasts at the time too.

Historically, as long as NaDa got into the final four of the OSL, he would win. He has been 3-0 for his OSL wins when he has gotten into the final four. Those are statistics that you cannot deny: he does not choke.

Engaging Iris in the middle may have been a mistake too. He could have at least tried a crappy flank at his nat.

Well the problem is that the queens take a while to get 150 energy, and once you use them thats it, they either get irradiated or sit around taking up supply until they have 150 again. : [
So no its not really viable and the only way it would be is if a map was like Arcadia 2 but with gas at the min only as well. : ]

Hard map, for real. Blocking at that choke for T is a really big thing imo. Very hard for Z to do anything but play exactly the way Terran wants in the early game. Iris has a very very good early game tvz, the longer the game goes on the worse he becomes and his flaws show. And the fact that he wins shorter games, and loses longer games supports his strong early game claim.
If iris doesnt kill you within the first 8 mins, your chances of winning just rose a heck of a lot

I don't think he deserves winning this one, because his play hasn't been dominant at all (even sloppy at times), but I'd much rather see him win than Savior.

I think they shouldn't pick only brand new maps for each OSL.. At least some of them should be proven more or less as balanced maps (ye I know blitz)

Well, if Iris DOES beat Savior (especially w/o losing) I think it would be the greatest upset in pro-gaming history. Not only because he beat 2 Zergs to continue, but also because he might win the whole damn thing because he is THE #1 TvT player in the world (all you Casy fans stop crying )

iris is somewhat reminiscent of midas before he really broke out. insane timing and really good game sense + one near unbeatable matchup with the other 2 lagging behind a bit. he could very well win an osl eventually, but theres no way hes getting past savior.

And after claiming this for the last 90 games savior played for a miriad of players I'm sure everyone will celebrate on how much foresight they have.
