If we're going to talk about fairness lets address Pool C... There's luck of the draw involved throughout, so yeah USA would happen to benefit from the way Pool A panned out regarding Peru's activity. That doesn't mean that you should erase the sets that were played.

yes of course the mode helps inactivity. What point is there to show up if your games do not matter?
