I always find it hard to vote against someone who has 100% winrate in anything.

I should have added asterisks, those population sizes are really small. sSak's 30% is only 10 games, Last's 100% is only 8 games

probably an hour after the broadcast start, since there will pre-game events like singing IU+awards+speeches and other whatnots maybe
