if you can/want to play the games earlier, post here and if all 4 confirm this. we can set up a earlier time. so far i would say 06/05, Thursday. 7PM EDT. whether you can or can not or want to change time. let me know. | ||

to group C : i can't play at all saturday evening, not until, say, midnight CEST. But i'm available any day before but friday, and also available sunday. tell me all of your possibilities and we'll see what time is the best thanks  | ||

There are no postponements allowed in this tournament. The only exception is the ro32 where a player plays his initial match before Saturday, Jun 07 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) and is not able to coordinate playing winners/losers/final match beforehand as well. In this case the remaining groups games can be finished later on Saturday. The deadline to send ro32 replays is Sunday, Jun 08 5:00am GMT (GMT+00:00) At this point I will be making ro16 brackets based on whatever replays I have received. Walkovers will be handed out accordingly based on who was present at scheduled game time. Widowkiller_ has the right idea here, you should try to play the entire group early if anyone in your group will be unavailable at the scheduled time. | ||

As long as you play your initial match before the scheduled time it won't be a problem. The reason for this is it's more realistic that the groups will finish and replays be sent before the deadline if at least the initial matches are played beforehand. To reiterate, those unable to play at scheduled time must, at the very least, play their initial match prior to Saturday. They should also arrange with other half of the group to play early as well. Finishing winners/losers/final matches after Saturday, Jun 07 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) should be a last resort and must be agreed upon by all group members. | ||
