I'd rather play than not play and since its only 1 per tier and there is a huge amount of top tier guys and a less amount of C+ to B guys it could work. Lots of people who don't offrace in T1 have like a c- level offrace, they could try that

I seriously hope iccup since we have so many Europeans. Playing on one of few places that actually increases ping between Europeans and north and south Americans doesn't make much sense.

Servers have nothing to do with the ingame latency.
