I think this would work better if custom teams were not allowed. Looking at the Game's team Tier 1 is just silly. It would be better if all the players signed up individually and you formed the teams randomly with equal amount of players in each tier.
Also, even if you got few ranks wrong (which is actually totally understandable since it's impossible to make everyone happy), it'll still be a pretty fun league I hope.

I disagree with Custom teams not being allowed, but I do agree that some of those players should consider joining other teams (for both sas and Game's team, because they'll never get to play).

yeah that many T1 in game's team doesn't make sense, they wont ever play  . For sas team we may work on transferring players but I think that overall some adjustments should be made ggzerg and white are not even b- so they should definitely not be in tier 2, you say that "he claims to be that level" but then plumbum says the same claim and you keep him in tier 1 regardless, so be consistent please. (eg. Telecom claims B-/+ but he loses in YSL or ASL w.e to fold pretty easy and fold is in tier3...)
