they are using obs mode of penguinplug, an old SC antihack from 2006. it showed building, unit, and tech progression when you clicked. it's probably the reason why they are using patch 1.13. they need to remake this now that blizz isn't patching SC anymore, instead of just notifying hackers it made hackers' units attack themselves.
