They play CN and DROP ALL SETS, i.e lose on purpose (how will you determine if they don't play to their potential? what if they just had a "bad day") seems like reps can still screw any team if they lose the first game... thats what im talking about ;d

Couldn't LRM and CN spend some time over the next few days trying to find a server they can play on (perhaps a few players from each team meeting up and trying out different combinations)? Then the match could be rescheduled for this week. Perhaps not all possibilities were tried yesterday, when it was such a hectic situation because nobody knew if the event would still happen.

I was just asking whether it might not be worth trying to get the matches that were supposed to happen originally, to work. If that were possible somehow, then why would it be unfair to anyone?

And with Eywa's decision as it stands now, reps is actually given a chance to still qualify, and if they don't qualify, they still get to decide who does. Is that about right? So then reps will be getting a lot of power for free due to an issue that had nothing to do with them.

Not many people know what happend during the day so I think I will try to shed some light here. Games between LRM and CN can be played between selected players, in fact first game between Jaystar and Trutaz has been played. It's just LRM wanted to send out Technics for the 2nd game which resulted in lag, which I think is mostly due to something like IP conflict as Jaystar did not lag with eywa nor did Technics lag with Eywa in the lag testing phase. A 5 BO1 game between CN and lRM would be do-able, granted there might be a few player swaps and lag test but I think this proposal would be fair to everyone. Obiviously Jaystar and trutcacz would not be able to participate as their game has been played.
