So in addition to boasting a gigantic prizepool, you claim that you can also provide free transport/accommodations to all the European participants, and yet there is no listed sponsor?

I read it like three times now and I still have not figured out how this is supposed to work, who pays what or anything. What.
Also, there is a lot of demands for a lot of very, very personal information. Why would you need that? This looks fishy to say the least.

OK. I've woken up and read it again, but I still don't understand it very well.

You list 2 dates, November 10th and April 12-14. But the first one isn't actually a date of the tournament, it's the starting date of (a number of?) qualifiers. How many people qualify? Can everyone join the qualifiers? Elegant is going to be in Prague to cast and there's a theatre room where people can watch? How many? Do we need to buy a ticket?

"Qualifiers" starts out with admitted countries. But Canadia isn't in there yet Dragon can play?
OK so, at the main event in Prague there will be 2 tournaments. One individual and one for teams. And it's one team per country and 4 teams can qualify who then get to travel to Prague to play this tournament?

So there's an individual event too. You can qualify for this by gathering points throughout a series of qualifiers. But you only play against your countrymen. And then 16 players qualify? So does that mean there will be qualifiers per nation. So the one kid playing Starcraft in Andorra would get points easily while Germany also gets to send only one player? What does "will be dependent on the overall participation of the top players in that country as well as their skill level" mean. Does that, mean that if you're the only one playing in Andorra you have a lower chance of qualifying (no matter how good you are? Also why call it elo when it's points. They're different things.

Oh wait. So the national qualifiers are not organised by you, but by volunteers from that nation. They have to set things up themselves, contact you, get approved, and then run it themselves?
"Player sign ups are accepted through till it is judged impossible for a newly registered player to qualify due to point advancement." I don't understand this sentence.

So okay. An unidentified number of players can qualify per nation, dependent on the skill and showing of that nation as judged by unidentified standards, and 16 of them in total get a paid trip to Prague. But wait, other players can go too without winning a trip through qualification first. How many of them?

I'm terribly sorry to have to say this, and I truly hope this is just be being stupid, but the OP is very hard to make sense of.

Then this quite unprofessional. If you're not involved direclty, you got no idea whatsoever how things work, which date is for what, no standalone page, no adresses and a lot of information that should be submitted without any kind of reassurance. What comes next - social security numbers, adresses, clear names? Sorry, but this is not how you should start such a major event. :/
