And what if Flash succeded in attack? I bet i can dig at least 1 example in history of BW. There is no fair conclusion other than continue playing and in case of power outage there is no fair conlusion plain and simple. Those things are not arbitrary.

I seem to recall Flash was taking a fresh base and Jaedong was barely mining. Flash was being the aggressor all game and was switching style when the power outage happened. Not a clear JD win - should have been a regame

I remember wathcing that game live (that was my first broodwar final),and I (even though I`m a Jaedong fan) raged because I thought that Flash was ahead and that the decision was unfair...
I watched that game few months ago and I realized...Yeah,flash was totaly dead,the game would have ended in less than 5 minutes...
