I think it was a pretty appropriate all in. Someone goes 3 base 1 fac you gotta say "hey wait a minute!" and go kill them.

M18M saying something like "I actually think he was easier to defeat than other players" (other translators: is this correct?) and all the commentators go "Oooooh", and then he goes "... however: I don't want to meet him again."

Surprising that Flash hasn't sealed the hole in his game since Dear exposed it. Dear's point in the post game interview was that Flash's scouting is predictable and therefore exploitable, and M18M just abused the exact same hole, just a different way. When he sees one gate and the natural taken, he scouts easily scoutable bases and when he doesn't find anything he assumes that the opponent's taken his mineral only third (which was why he countered with his own mineral-only). Three gates and a robo in the middle of the map was a brilliant response because it specifically abuses an assumption that Flash in particular makes which isn't necessarily true always.

QQ MOAR Proxy raxing is a reasonable standard response to this season's totally protoss imbalanced maps. lol go look at the race winrate tables on Fomos. Terrans are doing really well this season compared to zerg and protoss.
Electric Circuit is actually a really bad map for terran.

But you can't do that! Only bad players do all-ins! M18 should have gone for a triple-expand! Anything else means he's a cheesy noob

Brilliant. This should be the response everytime a T goes 3CC's off 1fac. That really bad player flash actually had the audacity to build the cc in front of the scouting lot you know when i saw that i kind of frowned to myself. still not sure why he would do something like that
Arrogance. Pure and simple. Like a poker player who thinks he can win beat his opponent with his cards open.

that was two games ago and it's a relatively small hole. it only seems large because people study flash so much
