Yes you tore down his analogy, fine, it's not a perfect one but it got the general idea along of letting people down after accepting a responsibility. He did not tell people that he would be gone while working out a better plan. He just disapeared. He still won't talk to his "friends" (chris, t1laser). What you described is what he SHOULD HAVE DONE, and if he had done that he would have done nothing wrong. No one thinks that he is not allowed to leave PGT when his life goes badly. I really have a lot of respect for pat and deeply appreciate the work he's done, and I think he's one of the best people in the BW community. That doesn't make him impervious to fuck ups. He fucked up. He had taken on a responsibility and when he needed to leave it, rather than letting people know he was going and saying "gimme some time to set up another way for you guys to play PGT" he just disapeared. That's what the complaint is on. I'm positive that if i had logged onto the PGT website and saw a news post saying "My life has hit hard times and I will be shutting down PGT for now untill I can find someone else to run it." then I would have been completely sympathetic and held him as doing no wrong, and there would also have been an outpour of people trying to help him out. Him leaving PGT for personal issues is not wrong. It's the method of disapearing without a word that is wrong. I don't understand why the hell you just quoted one part of my post and left the rest out? Did you read my entire post or just the middle paragraph? What do you mean by disappearing without a word and me just presenting a bunch of made up shit as facts? None of the things I said are madeup bullshit if you had bothered read Pat's post. First of all, I am really sorry for the lack of news but recently, life hit me like a TGV (Train a Grande Vitesse - High Speed Train) and I am still "recovering". Let's say that imagine that your mom, your father and your GF died 2 days ago and it would be approximately how I feel right now. Thank to God, no one died but it's just a manner of speach about how things are for me right now and why I was away. Nevertheless, PGTour website and BNet-X are now done for the most part and to be honest, if someone would comes up with a good plan, I am sure that TiLaser and Chr1s would agree that some trusty people would run it if they had a good and viable plan to do so. What matters is the community and the game, not me. So I wouldn't mind to let someone else (preferably a coalition of people, not only one persone), to run it. Many things are important (such as money, managing Admins -and this is so important-, etc...) and all of this would need to be taken into consideration. What else exactly do you want Pat to say? Tell me now | ||

Also, nothing is 100% safe but good thing is people who are skilled enough to crack an anti-hack system (ng-i, BWS, BNet-X launcher, etc...) aren't good enough at the game anyway and what matters is that 99% of people cannot hack. What matters is to do something to prevent hacks, not whine because it cannot be 100% loser/hacker proof >_< | ||

NeoGamei left without a trace, they never even heard of the Admin. Atleast Pat was able to do just that. Give him credit. It was a great server, and it will make people realize how much anything worth doing is worth doing right, and how hard it is to do something that everyone likes. | ||

You knew that you might crash something on page what could hurt the database by deleting it and you just didnt care about. leaving the account and not visiting the page would have been enough. But how you got on Ekis account? you only could have cracked it or you changed the password. as admin you couldnt change other admins account so you must have done as webmaster. what is a clear abuse and you made it eki impossible to visit his own page since he must request new pass if he still got that mailaccount he used. Oh and " I dont want to visit that page..." blah bs you used Ekis account to manipulate a clanwar and to add ppl to team australia and so on. A lot for beeing not interested in that page anymore. I just could say that i am very disapointed at you. I wouldn´t care so much about if you wouldnt have used Ekis account and you know how much he ment to me and the next is, does Pat not have enough problems? In this case i even prefer to have PGT down a bit longer as in your hands not even close and no not to hurt PGT, i just hate nothing more than backstabbers. | ||

If it wasnt for the bias decisions and disgusting management of wgt, you wouldnt be in the situation you are today - almost dead :/ I changed his password, manipulate a clanwar ? it was my own clanwar, i was hardly manipulating things. Dont you read my posts? If i was to host PGT, they would have there own login, and secure access to plesk (webhosting management system) WHICH I CANNOT VIEW OR CHANGE. I wouldnt have anything to do with PGT, apart from being a poster on there forums. | ||

So "when" PGT comes back, will we continue Season 3 or start Season 4? I think that would depend on how soon PGTour comes back. If it takes a while, then I think it would just be better to start a new season. | ||

WGT does not spend so much money I bet becuase they don't use a private server and so on but I might be wrong. But ya they do have to spend money for hosting and so on. But not for a server. Thing is Bnetx and Bnet is way different Bnetx had a hacker list even if you tried to hack on server or use a program that pgtour didn't reconize it would put you on a hacker list. If that name came up a couple times or had complaints about a guy. You could go to hacker list and see if he used a program or what. Bnet you can find hacks super easy Bnetx very hard to find hacks. Even when they came out with new hacks allot of them didn't work becuase it used ame feature that was already patched and so on. But i do hope PgTour will come back alive if it don't then looks like I am just going to play with friends. I never did like WGT and never will unless they turn more like PGT lmao. But oh well!!! I just hope everything gets better for [Pat]'s personal life and he should take a break but he should have warned us, but thats over now. Oh well I just hope it will come back and if they do reopen it. Most likely a new season for sure. I think if it does come back up it will have a beta for awile not long but awile then start. To test server and have the people know its back  Just my idea | ||
