To be honest it's exceedingly difficult to leave work or school at 1PM to play a video game. sadly the time frame was horrible for a lot of our Western Hemisphere players. I would love to have something weekend based so it would be easier.

Nb has enough players. I mean, look at LRM, 7 or so active players and they always managed to field a team.

That requires a simple format:
The team is an actual "team"
The team has competent organization.
