ya considering Soo should have been practicing vs Bisu. You would believe he would be ready for this. It has been so one sided so far.

Honestly, I don't think any zerg would have won that first game. I don't think Jangbi made a single mistake. Killer wouldn't have stood a chance, JD might have brought this series to game 5, same for Zero but I think JB would have won against anybody today. Unbelievably solid play so far.

well, jangbi did send his early lots (~6) out to a death to mutals that did nothing.

soo wanted to do the (overpool?) into 3 hatch and macro up, so the game was going well for him. he misjudged a little, wanting to go for a muta/mass scourge attack when jangbi only made like 1 or 2 sairs and had archons instead.

Another zerg may have tried to go into a lurker contain, and the game would have been a lot different.

jangbangs army control was too good though

jangbi is a much better player overall when you consider his potential/history, he was the best player in samsung teamhouse and one of the best players in practice (some koreans use the term practice bonjwa for players like this jangbi and magma etc) overall

there is no surprise here tbh i dont know why everyone is surprised its because people put way too much weight on map statistics and like current stats than looking at a player overall

jangbi has been in an SL finals twice (if you count GSL) and soo has never been this far in an individual league. nerves probably have a lot to do with it as well. there are a lot of factors to consider but jangbi is just a higher caliber progamer

That's true but considering BvZ is just unparallelled in BW. He should have been ready for this regardless. Like we all know Bisu can do things in Leagues. Hell he won a Golden Badge, that's nothing to be laughed at. (And I still consider Bisu being the best BW Protoss we ever had.) Soo having a practice partner vs Bisu would have been a HUGE help.

So far it seems like he didn't practice at all or just the nerves have gotten to him or something.

Except those zealots bought time enough to get a DA out and templars/archons

it did what was neccesary.

Too bad SKT doesn't have an experienced master zerg, but Soo get over your nerves and thrash that P!

Why are there so many rooting for the worst OSL finals since Jaedong vs FakeYellow

Although a zvz finals isn't as appealing as could be, losing a semis to a P... it's just not on.

wtf what worst finals ???? jangbi vs fantasy is hella epic

Forgot Fantasy had the other spot in the finals, my bad. Point is, Soo had better 3-2 this P and then kill Fantasy or I'll be very disappointed.

why do you say "this p" like jangbi is a no nam eor something lol

It is a P, supposed to be ling food, we zerg are not in the habit of naming our food.

If this goes 3-0 it'll be about as bat as Day[9] and Nony's regurgitation of the Zerg Neo Waterloo

Bisu and Jangbi have very different styles of PvZ. Bisu is far more aggressive and polished, Jangbi has beautiful storms and positioning. Same reason Flash can make Stork look like a chump (despite being the best PvTer by far) but lost to Jangbi.
