That is true. Although he didn't have too much to kill with his vultures in that particular game.

Hmmm...I think the key moment was when Leta attacked 12 after Flash had taken it. Leta moved in with BCs and sniped a lot of the tanks, which forced Flash to fight BC/Wraith vs BC/Goliath...he needed to pull back and reinforce with more tanks before engaging, but instead he stayed and lost all of the BCs by fighting inefficiently. I still don't understand how he ran out of resources so fast though, he seemed to be trading armies evenly throughout the game...
