You really do understand why pvz is so freaking hard when you watch a game like this.
SoO did some great drone pulling and made a lot of nice flanks/sandwiches on the Protoss army. He didn't just a-move... Give him some credit, please. They both played outstanding.
Edit: Not to forget some good plagues.

I have to reiterate - for all the drones and units snow destroyed - he didn't destroy a single one of soo's bases

I feel like most people are mistaking flashy play for smart play.
Killing Drones stops hurting when Z is on 10 Hatch 7 base and P doesn't have an army. Zerg just makes more Drones which are effectively free at that point.
Come on Snow ... really want to see him go deep in a league again but stuff like this drives me crazy. He's supposed to be the next great CJ genius....

Exactly this. The turning point came when Snow lost 10 because, instead of having 8 HT there to cast infinite storms at Soo's exclusively low-tech combat units, he had thrown them all away to get like 5-8 drones per drop. That game displayed a fundamental misunderstanding of lategame PvZ.

now that they are showing the replay i realized snow shouldn't engaged soo base when he had that many lurker................. probably mass troops and defend would have won against turtle soo..

The 2-3 sandwiches were pretty nice, but his army control wasn't that good otherwise. I guess he focused on macroing rather than microing.

I don't think Snow necessarily needed to "build a huge army and go kill him" (killing a zerg lategame tech and 5-6 bases to reinforce from tends to be futile), but he needed to target hatcheries instead of drones.

Snow needed to expand to the 10 o'clock but soo just didn't let him. It came down to the last mining base, just like with Bisu vs. Roro. Soo spent all of his efforts there while Snow was busy wasting shuttles and templar on drones.
I think Bisu is right, harass doesn't work against Zerg any more. Just get a better economy and kill them through brute force.

i was just stating a matter of fact. grow up.
you complain about pvz being imba yet bisu is 70% pvz and movie is 60% pvz. snow didn't destroy a single one of soo's hatcheries. destroying drones isn't enough when zerg has 8+ hatcheries.

It was without a doubt the prime reason of his downfall. You cannot let Zerg replenish as he pleases. That's what Zerg do, and what you don't want them to do if you wanna win. Storm drops must have a follow-up.
