@vTv situation, I was waiting on confirmation from the CAT team before posting this, it has been confirmed that Scan did play on Joekim's account for the clan war vs Gt and both abusers have been banned permanently from the league. So, for all you Scan fanboys who keep arguing as to why he's banned from just about all foreign leagues... Even when he's allowed to play he cheats. Anyhow, no roster changes are allowed, you'll just have to stick out the remainder of the season without Scan or Joekim. Neither of these players will be allowed to participate in any future seasons of the league as leaders or players. If either player is found doing any managing of the Gambit's Cup team for vTv or smurfing into clan wars, the team will be disqualified from season 1 of Gambit's Cup.

Edit: Mercurial, you're suspended for 1 more CW, so Zucrow is going to have to handle this one. Note, an organizer must be present. You may not add a manager due to no more roster changes. If Zucrow doesn't show, vTv will suffer a loss by default.

In reality you're suggesting not only I, but LRM) gets unfair treatment without basis. LRM) and myself have never been caught cheating, so with a flawless record, it's impossible to say we would one way or the other. Fact is, you're basing your opinion on the fact that I am a person in the community in which different organizers seek advice from. Do not be fooled since I don't put it on blast that I am helping everyone, but when situations get sticky every organization comes to me for extra analysis or an unbiased + fair opinion.

There are reasons for this, and surely none of them are based on that I would in a situation of abuse receive biased treatment, or that LRM) would.

P.S I have no personal vendetta against Scan. I don't like him, he doesn't like me. He is a proven abuser, time in and time out. It amazes me that people only question my integrity every time he is caught. Funny how the world works. That's like saying the cop is in the wrong every single time a repeat offender is arrested... oh wait, that actually happens.

P.S.S As a disclaimer, I literally had 0 to do with any of Eywa-'s decisions, and if you really, really paid attention to the league well enough to make an honest worth-reading post, you would know that a week ago I almost got banned from Gambit's Cup. Me and h00ligan went at it, and I wouldn't stop going. Both me and h00ligan were one step from a ban, so now that I think about it with this edit, I'd say I'm subject to biased treatment. In that I mean Eywa knows that I should know better, therefore I'm on a much shorter leash.

For KiDCaNaDa situation : players can finish what they started, we don't have any problems with that. So I don't know why other people would have any problems neither.

And after all the abuse stories going around, I really hope we can focus back on the core, these great tournaments which keep our community alive. So GL all teams, and looking forward to the weekend so we can start with the play offs
