Disciplinary Announcement
vTv.Mercurial was found in the live stream during the sets which he played. The sets will be given to AoV by W.O. and Mercurial will be suspended from all admin and player duties for the remainder of this CW as well as vTv's two remaining CWs. Any other cases of "forgetting to turn of the stream" or any other form of abuse will be dealt with harshly. A permanent ban from the Gambit's Cup and all the following seasons will be attributed.
The clan war between AoV and vTv will continue as the score is now 3-2.

Okay Mercurial gets DQd w.e but how come AoV's 4th isnt WOd cause they had no other players, therefore it would be similar to LRM) vs AoV in which pike 4-0'd AoV, you can't have a PPd game if AoV had no more players to play.

I'd imagine because the administrative actions were taken post CW due to a verification process. Just a guess

AoV had more than enough players. Also, the ruling was made hours after the clan war(note it'll be this way most of the time so that no rash and unfair rulings get made).

1) You're not even a staff member for gambit's cup
2) The matches are being played days after, doesn't matter who was there at the specific time. As the rules state, anyone that shows up without disrupting the time which the match is scheduled for will be allowed to play.
3) Why are you trying to be so considerate for someone who just cheated? I think the ruling was fair enough as it is, I'm not going to change it because of your opinion when the stuff you post is 80% full of shit.

I'm just saying if you change the rules for one team, gotta be consistent; he cheated so give the DQ and loss to him, but then you as the referee should have retaliated to the problem @ that instant, not wait then review and decide @ a later date to convenience one of the teams (I don't even recall AoV complaining @ any point during that time).

^ technically I could have given a much worse ruling and it would still be fair by the rules. So yeah, technically I shouldn't PP and I should abide to rule 22, but I judge this to be a bit unfair given the circumstances so I'm creating a loop hole for Mercurial and the team.
VERY IMPORTANT
It has been brought to my attention that this ruling has made it seem as though people can get away with abuse with minimal punishment, however, I would like to inform you that this ruling was only made given specific circumstances in which the event happened. HOWEVER, for anything that is judged to be abuse from this point on, I will be applying rule #22 to the full extent. I don't care if its accidental or if you quote on quote "didn't realize that you were cheating". Playoff matches wont be exempt.

jesus christ, mercurial is a manager, at best a C level player. he 5 pooled for fun then got rolled over; pretty much vs a 8 rax bunk rush. you swear he would intentionally cheat. notice how he freaked out when he realized the stream was on during his game. mind you, he only went first because the others were afk.

Hence why I didn't just ban him and give the team a loss. What I gave him is more of a "warning". That if it happens again with anyone, permanent ban will occur.

sasnb in a must win situation realistically or they may very well find themselves falling back into fourth place right before the playoffs with only 1 Clan War to recover.
LRM loses their first place tittle with a sweep from sasnb on friday, however it is still unlikely that a 1pt advantage for sasnb would hold against LRM considering LRM still has 1 more clan war to play then sasnb has. A loss would also allow vTv to pull into first.
vTv's matchup against Gt could very well determine the second place team being as both these teams have won their clan wars against the reigning second place team of sasnb.
AoV, not looking in a position to overtake anyone, however, they can very well select which team they will face in the first round of the playoffs with an outstanding performance in one of the remaining clan wars.
