idk why OZ is so bad at SPL, maybe because of pressure? In SWL, they can always rely on JD even if they lose but in SPL its a big difference if you lose your game. This is so sad

Baby's micro was good in the first half, but he crumbled because he failed to come up with a suitable response to ultralisks even if he did a lot of early game damage.
That game definitely lived up to eh expectations. Really nice play by both, but JD is just disgusting right now. How the fuck can you beat him when he plays like that?

Jaedong literally held that off with like a handful of lings and like one defiler. It was beauty even under all that pressure he is able to scrounge around long enough to live. Ridiculous!!!!! I love the dynamics of dark swarm lurkers. Fights last for so long and the careful control and positioning gives me shivers.

I am still in disbelief just how stupid Princess' decision making was. Hero[join]'s decision making wasn't good, but wasn't stupid. Princess's decision making was out of this world. He scouted the entire map except the enemy's main, which was WIDE open for an attack. He should know too, because he freaking just killed the enemy's spire, and PRINCESS DID NOTHING TO MAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT FACT.

Hmm, PM seems to be the most similiar protoss to my own style: from fast 3rd, to gateway jump, pylons on the map, pylon wall manner and citadel timing. Guess i'll watch him closely and copy whatever he comes up with .

i used to have afreeca on my windows computer, which gave me great uninterrupted streaming from Korea, but the computer died on me and i ended up getting a mac. now i can't install afreeca on mac so i have to resort to teamliquid streaming.
Woohoo. Good result for Wemade and thank goodness it isn't Winner's League anymore. Wemade has quite a bit more depth then teams like Hwaseung which makes it easier to get these sorts of wins (and so that Jaedong doesn't all-kill).

Watching JD play is so exhilarating! He has such subtlety in his ZvT and ZvP and really makes those matchups seem like an art. His ZvZ is dominant as well, but it's a little bit tougher for him to show off his multitasking or special taktikz.
Hiya should try something other than standard bio TvZ. It never works consistently for him, and we know he's good at TvP mech by the fact he's 3rd best TvP ELO. He should apply those skills to the matchup. He never looks properly in control vZ.
Jaedong had a typically good game vs BaBy, i feel like one year ago this is the kind of game JD would have lost. His ZvT has gone to a new standard lately.

That's a bit unfair, he's doing great in Dream league against good opponents. PvZ is a hard matchup especially against someone like Shine. Being dropped into the big league against a good opponent on a new map is bound to put a lot of pressure on him... i don't think he looked any worse than what most current A-team protoss are like. Even Stork lost to Princess on this map and i saw another ZvP the other day with another protoss who failed in a similar fashion. Lurker contain and denying the 3rd constantly looks hard to deal with.
Killer got the chance to be played regularly in proleague and it made him much better eventually, the Oz protoss crew of Dear/sHy/Sky need the same chances if they are to be successful. Let's give them a chance. Anyone who does that well in DL can't be that bad, remember Snow after all. It's better than playing Perfectman who either cheeses or loses, he's awful and i'd rather see the b-teamers who have actual potential play and lose rather than PM have another scrappy bad win.

The reason I think they have a decent chance of meeting is because Circuit Breaker is the second map. Jaedong plays on CB a ton and he has the best stats on this on the map. Plus, Flash might want to make up for his last loss to JD. So I mean, i think there's a good shot for LeeSsang Rok
