Hoping for Snow and Dear. Snow's play vs Jaedong was incredible, and I've gained new respect for his PvZ after that series. As for Dear, Oz protoss autovote.

That 4DT + small force attack timing was kind of awesome except all of them did nothing (except spire snipe), I think hero's decision to get ovie speed up early paid off.

In the end Hero dies because it seems to be impossible to hold beyond 4 bases on this map in ZvP. Were this Circuit Breaker instead or something, I'm pretty sure Hero would've won

great game ! really unfortunate for hero to lose his advantage so quickly, i think he probably placed his nyduses badly because he wasnt able to reinforce either island in time to prevent them from dying.
some actual units guarding those bases wouldve helped too

It looked like he had the units ready to nydus there but Grape distracted him with main army moving and Hero just didn't have the multitask to send units through in time. Plus, he probably didn't expect 2 speed shuttles worth of units either. :/

If you are talking about a ring in a center, they are usually not taken because they are so hard to defend. In certain cases though, towards the late game of some matchups, P and T will take them when they want their army towards the middle, and have it as the easiest to defend expo. Or when everything else is mined out
This is pretty much the kind of PvZ we saw from Snow before he had that good run the last MSL. Disappointing. I thought he had really improved that matchup. His PvT is a little stagnant as well.

Hero just plays the most boring abusive style of ZvP possible, spamming mass hydras and that's totally it. Lame to see it win but you can't argue with results. It just gives you the feeling he can (and does) beat any P on some days then just can't on another. No consistency just spamming hydras with his mass apm. It's clear why it's so little PvZ specialists compared to ZvP, just look at the skills required for both.
