Still confused about one thing.. the guy that's on the counter-abuse team is also playing? i.e. there's someone who has access to all of his opponent's replays (and builds)? ...right. On that note you guys might want to stop posting your rep pack in public.
Also I'm still super unclear on what the "good reason to smurf" is.

JoeKim: From my experience as an Admin of many sorts and organizer for events: playing and orchestrating simultaneously causes more drama and bigger headaches in addition. Already upon 12 hours of my aka being revealed I have had a handful of players informing me that they would have not played against me if they knew my AKA.

Joe Kim: Sziky is privileged to be playing at a timezone vs koreans and a scene where he is not known. My timezone conflicts and i get mostly foreigners that know who I am. Many that know my playing style which also ties to many of which knew I quit BW. I had more reasons before the ladder started.
USA above B rank Random player can only be me or Game. Even Zerg would give it away. But there are enough complications to make it well-fortified… if the wording is right.
For other reasons: I don't know how to word it. I don't want to give too much away, but I had complications with the Head Admin over my departure from the crew. That created a lot of tension.

Joe Kim: Well, along with smurfing comes strategy, hotkeys, personality, attitude, etc. Ret was one of my favorite foreigners, Amsterdam is one of the places I'd love to go, dutch girls are hot, Netherlands has an awesome soccer team, and to top it off:one of the worst BM kids I've met was from the Netherlands. So I figured, I would be the biggest douchebag to conceal who I am. I purposely did the gayest strats, said the worst improper things, and came up with somewhat inconceivable excuses.

I think Joe Kim is justified. I don't think he should be banned or punished.
Even though Idra was probably at a disadvantage in the TSL2...even some of the Koreans knew who he was.

joekims on the counter abuse team? Lol thats pretty sus. Seems like theres alot of holes appearing in this tournament as time goes by. I realise that organising something like this is alot of work, but "reasons for smurfing" seems dumb to me too. Takes away some of the drama of the ladder if the good players are smurfing, you dont know who's at the top...

this is confusing. Is it W vs W on Hitchhiker or 1v4? 2v3 or L v L for destination? Because they arent necessarily going to be the same thing.
