would've thought the hydra hype and fantasy "slump" anti-hype would get this way closer.
i was like really scared before the game and pretty much facepalming when the hydras were incoming but it all turned out good :D

I aint glad over Flashs demise, Im glad over the upsets that are made (people you never thought would win against Flash) and this is making BW more "alive". Well, that list of people happened to be everybody on earth.

In my book he's lived up to his potential, so I can't be too upset with him losing here. I think it's foolish to think that he's done, but at the same time, I can't get too upset. This is pretty much exactly how I feel too after thinking a little about it. ![]()

Like losing your first HT and you are screwed, losing that reaver (andt thats easy) you are screwed, losing the first observer and you are screwed. Zerg does not seem to hurt as much early since they just spam units and dont really have any super important until defilers are out. but at that stage, losing a defiler is not insta GG. Zerg seem to have more allin options then toss have........or? Please explain? His 8 or 9 zealots were completely out of position, allowing 12 lings and 2 lurkers to kill 3 templar and 3 cannons uncontested. From there it would have been stupid for Shine to not try and end the game quickly.

For the price he put down all those turrets he could have put bunker in key positions and use the extra mins for more rines. The valk was also way too late to make any difference, so i don't understand why he took so long to get it out. He can't blame any surprises happening either, the build coming was obvious considering the positions... you just don't need to build an extra 8 turrets in a big line in front of your paltry 2rax, and you don't need 3 extra in your main min line when rines can cover it. I'm sure some people are going to come out with the excuses that there was nothing he could do but it was all his fault in that game, no doubt about it. What was his gameplan going midgame with only 2rax, one valk and 2 vultures? but 20 turrets? I guess going to that extreme worked for him in that other game on the twilight map, forget who it was against. But here it just looked downright stupid. He put HIMSELF into an unwinable position against HyuK who simply had to play standard and not over-extend himself.

Sometimes Flash loses because he is too greedy, this time he did the opposite. More often than not he does the correct thing though.

On one hand, I want Kal to beat Afrotoss as I like Protoss in general and Kal is pretty cool and worthy of a ro8 spot. On the other hand, I want to believe in the power of the Afro (to deliver the show of a lifetime, of course) to not only trigger the tiebreaker, but to advance out of it. Quite unlikely, as Flash would only need to practice one match up, but we must trust the power of the Afro! I love that SKT players have been involved in knocking Flash out of both leagues (and his OSL survival currently depends on another SKT player). Go rivalry! SKT is best KT! Also, lolShine. Beats Bisu and Stork in the same individual league yet again (though he has been on quite the hot streak lately). Dammit, Stork. Y u do this?

Zerg seem to have more allin options then toss have........or? Please explain? Shine wasn't all-in at all, quite the opposite infact he appeared to be going for a macro game considering his sunken count at each natural. If it failed he could have taken 4th and just turtled. PvZ is definitely a difficult matchup, but at the same time protoss are making mistakes. Having speedlots run around aimlessly instead of scouting the lurkers moving out would be one of those things... not to mention 5-6 sairs appearing from nowhere that were never used. Edit: Also Hydra's drop was the worst thing i've seen in a game for ages. Ugh. I understand that after the failed hydra break and failed attempt to stop fantasies 3rd he was basically screwed on that map, but that was a horrible follow-up. Someone please tell me why no progamers will go all muta double-spire upgrades maybe even with a few guards thrown in? Keep enough hydra's enough to make it look like they still need tanks/vults, but then have a hidden muta force to strike out at a certain time. On this kind of map you need it, can't throw units down a choke at tanks or drop onto a block of mines/turrets. Using mass-muta abuses the small space available, rather than mech abusing it against you.
