He designed an intricate build for a player who can't even handle a 9 minute push and who goes all in lair tech every single game. On top of that the execution was bad, at one point he gave away 2 free valkyries for mutas that would seconds later help in busting down the front.
I can't even judge his build (the game lagged to much) but those valkyries... Man, why??? And why couldn't he play just standard. Last OSL he played standard vs Hyuk on Dreamliner and Hyuk simply fell apart...

Stork can put up a good fight in bo5 against JD, but can't beat Shine ? I feel that Stork is the total opposite of Kal. Kal can beat any scrub but will choke in any important bo5. Stork often fails, but he's definitely one of the best bo5 players. Probably the best after Flash and JD.
it's funny because if you said that before stork won his OSL, everyone would say you were full of shit and that stork is just a huge choker. yea he took JD to the 5th game, but his Bo5 record isn't really that good, even if a lot of his Bo5s are vs JD/flash.
anyway, so looks like the Ro8 will be hyuk, kal, stork, shine, calm, jaedong, fantasy, modesty, unless something crazy happens like JD loses to hogil or hiya fluke wins vs JD and calm, mind beats sea and fucks up his group with tiebreakers, or kal loses to paralyze.

What misstake did Stork do? Seem that it cant be so easy for zerg to just nat bust, take out 2 cannons at the exact right timing when templars cant storm and bust in? Where did stork fail to not hold that off?
Overall people often say that pvz is ahard matchup for protoss? Why is it harder for toss then for zerg? I mean it seem that toss has so much that just cant fail early game, then its gg. Like losing your first HT and you are screwed, losing that reaver (andt thats easy) you are screwed, losing the first observer and you are screwed.
Zerg does not seem to hurt as much early since they just spam units and dont really have any super important until defilers are out. but at that stage, losing a defiler is not insta GG.
Zerg seem to have more allin options then toss have........or? Please explain?

In all honesty, that looked like Canata's build from the Khan SKT series. Except with a lot more turrets. Hyuk just kinda got an advantage with econ and pushed it at Flash hard enough to make him turtle, then he abused Flash's weak points. That or 8 rax<overpool into 2 hatch muta.

first off, that wasn't all-in
second, not sure what stork could have done, since shine played very well and abused that timing amazingly. i guess if stork didn't leave his templar out like that and had better army control it would've just been a lurker contain instead of the game, but really, he just got punished for moving his army out against lurkers with no observers

It seems that Flash's cockyness has grown superbly big and is costing him a lot. Well I hope Flash learns his lesson here and changes his mindset. Best to ya Flash!

Guess his TvZ wasnt that good after all LOL!!!

Awesome OSL day and I have seen it live . Hyuk beats Flash really nicely and I got the OSL poster signed by Hyuk, lucky!!
I hope Paralyze will say: "Fuck this, I don't need to advance, I am just happy with Flash not advancing." (anyway, what are his chances in the tiebreaker? unless Flash slumps even more, almost zero). This actually gives much bigger chances to Hyuk and Fantasy to win the OSL.

Man... Such a strange season in SC:BW

This and also his zealots were out somewhere. If they would be in his choke, maybe he could delay the lurker bust. A perfect timing by Shine ...
Sadly, Stork didn't listen to my ToiletZerg sign .

OMG Flash... Now i hope for Paralyze lol :D

Wat Hyuk and classic are the players that end both of flash's starleagues Is this a joke?
|
so if kal wins against afrotoss flash is OUT? Has he EVER been out of both starleagues so early? Glad Fantasy won though, maybe it's the end of his semi-slump. Oh, and I keep hating Shine more and more for beating my favourite players: Bisu and Stork.

And to the guy above, in Stork's defense, Kwanro was pretty much all-in, Shine wasn't. Shine's actually pretty good at ZvP. People give him a lot less credit than he deserves.
