That Goliath/Vessel vs Arbiter micro probably had a big impact on the outcome. It looked like Tempest would have been able to crush the tanks, if he would've managed to save a few Stasis Fields.

SKT T1 with the weirdest Terran builds as always lol. At least they're making oov earn his pay I guess.
