Effort's spire was really late and he didn't build up enough defenses so he lost drones holding off Kal's first speedlot attack. His counter into Kal's nat only got about 3 probes, so he was pretty far behind already. | ||

Either going to be used to sneak in attack units in a suprise attack or just going to try and use it as a simple hidden expo for as long as he can. My guess is the latter. | ||

Kal does a great job of harassing and putting pressure on Effort, especially the proximity hatchery. At the same time, Effort tries his best to keep himself in the game through good use of mutalisks, but eventually the setbacks of his his initial attacks failing and his proxy hatchery being easily spotted are too much. After one final attack into Kal's base, he gg's with half the number of bases as Kal. Kal 2-0 Effort! | ||
