SO BM GUARDIANS

Those guards were not BM at all ><

They were exactly the right unit to get against an opponent with 5000 tanks and three vessels. Note how he whittled that down to one vessel, and took special care to kill the starports. He wouldn't have been able to resist Light's army if it weren't for the guardians. It was an awesome move.

He wasn't criticizing the decision to make guardians. It was a brilliant move for the reasons you described. He was talking about how zero danced his guardians towards the end of the match.

When he is on, Zero is my favourite zerg player to watch these days. I simply adore his late game play.

Nothing is really BM in STX Masters. Even stars in sports mess around in pre-season.

Def. sets 2,5,6 highly recommended. Set 6 is match of the night rightfully so - one of the most exciting matches I've seen in a couple months.

Any good non-terran is always loved. Frankly, there's always a good terran(and usually a deficiency of a good protoss).

That, and I enjoy viewing Zero's clean, crisp play. There are various ways of winning, but with players like Light and Zero, you can tell their supreme confidence in playing according to the book. Thus the game is decided mainly by who is the superior player of the game. They play with their pride on the line, and it just makes the whole thing so much more enjoyable.

I like players who are the best at the game, though they are not neccessarily the best at winning the game. I believe that Zero has been one of the best in the scene for quite some time now.

agreed. I lump Zero together with Calm and Effort. 삼국지style yoo

장비 - Effort : straight up best player amongst the 3
거누 - Calm : more brains than brawn. even though he has the latter
유비 - Zero : calm collected by the book and dangerous

I really wish I had the capacity to categorize some of the top zerg players today. I'd have to rewatch so many games, watch games I haven't seen, spend time analyzing, asking the opinions of those who read the game better than I do. It's a shame because there are some very skilled zerg gamers out there with different approaches to the game, and it would be so interesting to actually delve deeper into the characteristics of these gamers.

I'm not sure if this is accurate, but this is the overall feeling I get from the three players.

Zero: Very crisp unit management. Overpowers his enemy. Concentrates more on perfecting his play, and thus often gets caught off-guard.
Effort: Great unit movement. Often walks on a knife-edge to exploit enemy weaknesses.
Calm: I don't like him as much as the other two. He is better at winning than he is at the game.

Zero doesn't just play standard though, he uses a lot of weird strategies. I'm pretty sure his ZvZs go to late game far more often than anyone else's.
Zero fighting.
