Stork and Sea will make it through. Stork is done fooling around - Terran better start getting scared. And he can handle S2's Zerg.
I gleefully predict Both Stork and Sea making it to at least Ro16.

Sea showed signs of his old self again, hopefully he'll snap out of his slump and make it out of this group, as I think he should.
Stork hasn't been great, but solid. Don't think there will be any upsets in this group: Sea and Stork advance!

my predictions:
Sea <Fighting Spirit> Flying
Flying has beaten Sea before. Sea has shown a weakness to the abusive protoss style of play (i.e. Carriers), and Fighting Spirit has proven to be a pretty tough TvP lategame map. I'd give Flying the edge here, but it can really go either way because Sea is really the better player.
s2 <Fighting Spirit> Stork
Stork just recently beat s2. It's ZvP, so it could go either way, especially given that I personally don't know much about each player, but knowing Stork to be a top-tier player, I'm giving him the edge.
Stork <Match Point> Flying
Eh, Stork is the pretty obvious favorite to win this one. Not much to say.
Sea <Match Point> s2
Sea has very strong and consistent TvZ. s2 is on a hot streak, but I just don't think he can take a game off of Sea.
Sea <Triathlon>Flying
Mostly a fanboy vote. Neither player has played a televised TvP game on this map before. It's a weird map, and so I have no idea what to expect. But I love Sea and hope that he pulls through.
Stork advances 2-0
Sea advances 2-1
Flying is eliminated 1-2
s2 is eliminated 0-2
But I'm just bored. All I care about is that Sea advances.

I wouldn't be surprised. But his ZvT is a bit unproven, and Sea will probably take out Flying to meet him in the winner match.
Everyone else, don't be surprised if Stork falls to s2. Stork isn't playing close to his peak, and s2 is decently strong vs P. And of course the current state of PvZ strategy is pretty dismal.

For some reason I am really worrying for Stork. Hoping he can make it through. I like Sea, Flying, and S2, but Sea is usually good to go in survivor and I'm rooting for him. This is a crazy group and I could see any player advancing, but I'll be rooting for the (semi) old schoolers.

Stork has won 9 out of 10 encounters in individual league matches and is 12-5 overall vs Sea. Hopefully both can slip through though.

Dont underestimate him. Flying is 2-0 vs Sea and his innovative/abusive style does well against Sea's robotic style in my opinion.

s2 is the clear favorite here ... he's on an unbelievable 5-winning streak and a very solid T1 zerg ... thus he should sail through to the next round with a comfortable 2-0 victory here ... ezpz

When Flying forced Sea to cancel his natural, the logical thing to do was takes some expos, macro up and roll him over while Sea turtled. That was just bad.

Stork did an excellent job of pretending he was expanding(and getting repeatedly 'shut down'), when in reality it was an extreme 2-base push.

While the low ground below the natural is ideal for siege tanks, most of the rest of the map's features favor Protoss.

56% is not exactly a clear indication of the map favoring one race over another. Matchpoint is much more balanced than some of the other proleague maps.

It may be that MP is more balanced in TvP than other proleague maps, but the sample size is large enough that I think we can say with a fair amount of certainty that Match Point is slightly protoss favored.
EDIT: To respond to criticism down below, I think the sample size also is large enough to assume that there's less of an error with regards to the individual players who played on the map.
Also, it is not at all clear actually, that MP is more balanced than the current crop of proleague maps. On the contrary, it actually appears to be slightly more biased towards protoss than is normal.

Most of those terran losses are from mst prelims. Take a look at the names of the terrans who lost. I don't think they'll be winning on any map.
If you look at stuff like proleague, terrans are raping pretty hard.

Those stats are flooded with Dream League and offlines. It's 35-39 PvT in the non-B-Team leagues.

Sair/reaver is harder to defend. If he wanted to kill the probe it would only be a matter of bringing another drone.

Good point. If he was going for an earlier spire, we probably would've seen that backdoor taken, but the earlier hydra timing allows him to defend the forward expansion, and also would've made that back expo prohibitive.

ffs Stork! I went to bed after the Flying vs S2 game thinking Stork will take the last game after his convincing win in the first game. Then as always in MSL Stork makes some stupid mistake and is out and S2 will only get raped in later stages.
So happy you S2 don't expect to get far in msl, because you will get raped by a mediocre Terran soon.
And Sea totally deserved to advance! He has been so unlucky past years its ridicolous.
