In the new Shinhan Bank PL format, post 2v2, 6 teams advance to the playoffs. 3 teams have a pretty cushy lead above the rest (KT, STX, MBC), 2 teams have relative safety in 4th and 5th (SKT and Woongjin) and should advance unless they hit a major slump.
6th place is much tighter. It's nearly a dead heat among WeMade, eSTRO, hite, KHAN, and CJ. Every win matters, and every chance to knock one of the other 4 down matters even more.
WeMade started the 09-10 season with an unimpressive lineup of Mind, Pure, Shine, and Roro. While not dominant, this lineup won consistently enough to win with some consistency and upset the big 5 once in a while. Constantly underrated, you'd hear cries of "Roro's raping my anti-team" in LR threads, streams, and FPL discussions everywhere. The 4 were winning at a rate just above .500, which is all you need for the playoffs. The problem was the lack of an ace. Shine was too predictable to be played for an ace match, and Roro just couldn't seem to win one. To solve this problem, WeMade called up Baby from the B-team. Baby's individual league success is nothing to dismiss with wins over Jaedong and Stork, and if he brings that level of play to Proleague, WeMade should secure a playoff spot, especially with the depth they gain from the rule changes that allow them to play old-schoolers Midas and Nada with more frequency.
CJ, at this point, seems like an unlikely team to finish in the top 6. The 2009 rookie stars of Movie, Skyhigh, and Effort have all hit slumps, although Movie seems to be recovering, advancing to the Ro16 of the MSL and Ro8 of the OSL. Could Savior's illegal gambling have cursed CJ and its players to not win a league, similar to how the White Sox didn't win a World Series for 86 years after their scandal? Regardless of curses, CJ is looking to their B-team much like they did when the Savior, Iris, Much lineup began to crack. Will CJ go balls-out to win a championship, or just try to give BByong, Rush, Snow, Devil, Miso, and Hydra as much A-team experience as possible?

I agree that we will see an all T lineup from FOX but I would count on Skyhigh to take a TvT, and after that it's pretty easy to see Movie or Effort getting 1 win between the two of them.
Then it goes to ace and Baby tears shit up ^.^
edit: actually, I would bet on Skyhigh beating Baby in a TvT

Perhaps you underestimate the number of tanks that Midas had and the positioning that he held. There were basically only small chokes leading to Midas's army, and Movie's army primarily consisted of goons. Midas also had 3 vessels with his army. Unless Movie got some baller stasises off, then I highly doubt that Movie could've defeated Midas's army that cleanly.

But Movie almost certainly didn't have any units in his main when Midas initially pushed in. That means that Movie would've had to wait for his units in the main to finish before pushing in. Midas was already on 4 base on his side of the map (essentially), so if Movie took out Midas's force, he would've lost his natural 100% and been behind on econ.

Iris played great and Lucifer really didn't make much of an effort. Iris was on equal or had more bases then him the entire game, not to mention map control and Lucifers refusal to use recall or psi strom. GG Iris!

I also noticed that Iris got a very fast science facility to counter storm/stasis. I didn't look at the upgrades, but he had two fast armories too. Very tech rushing build from him.
And his constant aggression never gave Lucifer time to regroup and start an attack.
This is what I would call a win from a very experienced player.

Replay shows lucifer forgetting to mine gas for a long time, leaving him unable to make good units at a critical moment after he won a big fight. By good units I mean the imba-Arbiters of course.

Yeah, he used his vultures very well and didn't waste them.
Even his tanks were moved often, allowing his entire army to be a mobile force.

Glad to see Midas performing well.

Whats wrong with the results. I always thought the regular names of the players were ok. Why do you have to make up new ones? Its annoying as hell to check TLPD just to know who was playing.

No he has pretty good PvZ, watch the games against HyuN and by.hero, his worst matchup is PvP despite the win vs Kal.
he's also undefeated against up-and-comer Neo.G_Soulkey, but none of those games were televised.
