That's the problem - the other terrans aren't Flash. What is the success rate of other terrans trying to pull off Flash's super FD push thingy? They're not Flash so they can't pull it off so they don't bother doing it. | ||

Rushing a 12nex takes confidence (and skill). They'd rather play it safe and hope they can outperform in the late (ideally in the midgame.. but you know..) game and advance instead of trying to punish the other guy... | ||
