Since the season started, I have been cheering for Flash.

But only like 30 seconds ago, I REALLY wanted to Movie to take this because the idea of a Royal Roader is just too awesome to not root for.

I feel you. I am going to bed now hoping that I will get up in time to catch it live. It won't be the same watching VODs. For sure I won't be able to watch Flash vs Jaedong live so I should atl east catch this one...

The cool part is that Flash is in both finals and has to prepare for two different matchups at pretty much the same time. This will be a real stretch even for him, and the biggest chance I can see for Movie is that Flash neglects something in his training for vs. JD.

It won't be the intensity of practice that would hinder him, but the amount. He has had 2 weeks to practice for Kwanro and Movie, and six days to practice for Jaedong. Both Movie and Jaedong has a approximately one week to practice, so it's fairly similar.
But it is a mental factor, and the occasion may prove taxing playing so many important matches in a few weeks time.

By the way, just wondering - this won't actually start at 17:00 right?

In the past I believe it took awhile for them to actually get started - is it more likely to actually start around the 18:30 KST usual time?

Game 1- Macro fest, every one says movie should cheese and flash will be looking for it. Thats why Movie plays mostly standard (probably a little heavy emphasis on reavers. Flash wins the macro game.
Game 2- Up 1-0 Flash will now attempt to cheese, however, I think the cheese will fail. Movies strength is his micro imo and a cheese from flash will result in failure.
Game 3- At 1-1 Movie will now cheese, his cheese (probably a proxy robotics or such) will be successful putting him up 2-1
Game 4/5- Both games will be standard games with neither player wanting to make a really bad mistake. Flash out macros movie in both and wins 3-2

Very late response by me. However, I believe that it isn't 100% fair to judge how good a player is compared to other just by their results vs each other. ZvT is JD's weakest MU and TvZ is Flash's second best MU. I believe that JD's ZvP is easily comparable to Flash's TvZ and that even if Flash would win, it's not as clear-cut as it might appear.

Still, I don't think JD is going to lose.

GO MOVIE! I've been hoping he'd get some more recognition. I love his play, and I hope there will be enough cheese in these games. If Flash wins this, then I'd like him to lose the MSL, or vice versa, since two of my top three favorite progamers are against Flash in the finals. I just hope for some decent games either way.

These games are always at a terrible time for EST, so I'll have to check the results in the morning...

I just couldn't tell you. I know Flash should probably win, but remembering the Legend of the Fall I don't think it will go as simply as everyone thinks.
