And now it's Jaehoon vs FBH.
If someone asked me what could possibly be the worst match up ever, it'd be either this or Rock vs a very hyper cat.
How can you not be excited about watching Firebathero's legendary TvP?

I think if PL didn't exist, Jaedong might have won both leagues last season. But Calm is clearly for real so maybe that's not the case. But how sick would it have been if JD had won both leagues at the same time - the act is nearly unthinkable at the moment and he almost pulled it off. Jaedong can never win a league again and it no longer matters. Of course it's hard to imagine that Jaedong would not win another league but it was even more hard to imagine that Savior would never win again after beating Nada. I think saying JD will never win another league is way, WAY premature right now. He's not slumping hard or anything, just had a bad last clump of games. Also, Flash now has a 13 game TvZ win streak to match his 13 (Proleague) game TvT win streak.
Ya I mean I said "it is hard to imagine" that JD would never win again. My basis is not his current performance which is meaningless (JD has always turned it on when it mattered instead of Flash who is always on and burns out), but rather just that if you asked 100 SC fans after Savior beat Nada - "will Savior win another league" I bet 98 or 99 would have said "yes", even if they were told not to count the upcoming MSL final against Bisu.

Ahem? Where did THIS come from? FlaSh has the world's best TvP.

But you said in your post, "Jaedong can never win a league again."
Not even, "Jaedong PROBABLY won't win a league again".
It's a rather strange and unfounded thing to say.

Flash probably does have the best TvP, but he looked questionable against DaezanG (and obviously he lost to Bisu in WCG 2-1).
Really though, we can't tell how good his TvP is because he's barely played any lately.

He's been losing left and right to the dragons recently. His TvP is not what it used to be.

He's had a pretty dismal record vs top Ps lately, but he always ends up playing them on HBR or destination or something. We actually haven't seen him play a top tier TvP since his recent surge, which means it's the only questionable variable with our little monster.

I agree wholeheartedly. It just boggles the mind. It especially irritates me considering how much praise Fantasy receives. But hey, the human brain is stupid -- the greatest mind of 20th century said so himself.
Fantasy is bound to get more talk, even though it should be clear Flash has always been the better terran. First, fantasy gets most of the horde of SKT fans by default. Second, he's made it a bit further into the last few leagues (barring GOM, which everyone seemed to ignore). Finally, he's known for making newer strategies popular (despite the fact they seem to be created by oov or boxer), so he gets that whole 'genius' label.
But hey, FBH TvP coming up, brace yourself!

The last time Flash played an in-form dragon (besides his WCG series with Bisu, which was super close) was some time ago.
Anyway, Fantasy (the only other candidate for best TvP) has also lost his most recent series with Bisu and Stork.

Come on, FBH, just Deep Six him. Treat it like TvZ and you might have a chance!

Is this match 2000 ? Or will the second set be ?

Oh man, after getting such amazing games from Flash and Hogil, we're going to get some of the worst PvT and TvP ever seen on live TV.

Uhh what I meant was even if Jaedong never wins another league it's irrelevant - his greatness and legacy has already been cemented in my mind. Everything he does from here is just another notch up in the pantheon of greats, and he's already one of the 5 greatest players of all time (along with the 4 bonjwas).
Sorry for any confusion, at no point did I ever intend to imply that I thought JD would never win again. In fact, I consider him the favorite in both leagues this season because frankly that's where the safe money is.
In fact I would argue that comparing a player to Savior right after beating Nada is the HIGHEST compliment you can pay a progamer. Never in progaming history did resistance feel so futile than when Savior beat Nada in Shinhan3 (along with Reverse LT, Longinus, Neo Arkanoid...)

This is probably a good idea, and you'd figure FBH is the type of guy who has the balls to pull it off. Someone needs to show him go.go vs Bisu and let him know he can even be BM and make a few CCs in his opponent's base. Hell, go.go isn't good TvP either. C'mon FBH.
