A lot of that is HBR and Destination. It hasn't been said much because zergs have been raping, but maps have also been kind of hard for TvP.

Looking at Flash's stats, does ultimate PL count for TLPD? He's got a loss in there that could only count from losing to Sea there or Leta in STX Masters.

Yeah, TvP seems to be his achilles heel, as unthinkable as that sounds for the guy who practically reinvented the MU.
But looking at it another way, does any other Terran have better TvP than Flash right now? Fantasy might be close, but nobody else is even a contender for the title. It says more about the state of S-class TvP than it does anything about Flash imo.

I agree the maps have definitely been hard, and Flash's style has been studied to death. The fundamental "problem" with it in my opinion is just how passive it is. Bisu's late game control is so high level that he can ride the early game advantage to wins. Jangbi also has extremely good late game, as does Stork (though Stork excels more at repeated good decisions that wear down a Terran at midgame). Kal has shown he has the creativity to pull off a win, though I personally don't think he can take Flash straight up. One way or another, the top tier P's have plenty of options, and on maps that allow you to abuse these options it can be tough to block everything off every time. Hell, even Backho stole a game on Destination last season.

He hasn't played a lot of TvTs lately. The games against Iris should still be on the last 10 games he's played.

Not good but not 1:10, the only one who's really been beating him consistently is Bisu, 1 game doesn't really count
