The WCG USA Finals will be held over three days, Friday, September 25th through Sunday, September 27th. The opening ceremony will be at 3 PM EST on Friday, it looks like.

Looks like the WCG opening ceremonies are at 3 PM... according to myEG.net. I'll miss that but hopefully it's not too major. Someone better fill me in when I get there~! ... If you don't... dunno. but someone should.

Diggity is planning to do a live cast of the replays from WCG starting around 8 PM PST tonight as long as the replays get to him. If the replays don't make it to him, we'll be sure to update so everyone isn't waiting up. You can find more info on the frontpage of http://www.sc2gg.com along with a preview of the players by Diggity for anyone who is interested. I think we also have some twittering going on, which you can also find on the frontpage. The official livestream will be at http://www.sc2gg.com/livestream. I'll post again if we have any updates.
Update: Live cast canceled until further notice. Replays weren't allowed out.

Isn't a 3-way tie for 2nd also theoretically possible? For example,
louder 1-2 < artosis,
inc 2-1 > nyoken,
artosis 2-1 > nyoken,
idra 2-0 > inc
then louder, incontrol, and artosis all finish 2-2 in matches and 5-6 in games (and the head-to-head record would be rock/paper/scissors).

Btw, I think they break ties based off of who beat whom in the group. I.e... if Lz beats Machine and then they tie, then Lz would advance from the tie, for instance. Not certain on that but I seem to remember that's how they did it last year.

I used World Cup rules because it's only one game between players like in this WCG. UEFA CL group stages has more than one game between clubs, one at home and one away (two games). So of course the H2H stats will decide on who's going to advance. Euro and WC both have goal difference > H2H in group stages.

Have you tried running it in other browser? Like d/l opera/chrome/safari just for case of watching interview and in case of other problems;)

Yes congratulations to idra on his solid play. Congratulations to Louder for coming out on top of everyone else and earning a spot in China. Congrats/ty to everyone except for Artosis for a variety of other reasons.

Impressed by Idra not losing one single game. We all probably knew he would win in the end but not losing a set is really strong and it just shows he's come a long way mentally and skillwise since last year.

To list off several things
-Inka had to put down a $100 deposit for the hotel room
-Lost my toothbrush at the WCG hotel
-WCG hotel had a laid out buffet with nobody watching the food. Three of us (Louder I think + who and who?) went in and ate thinking it was free and was handed a ~$86 bill when they tried leaving
-INTERNET $15?? THIS HOLIDAY INN PLACE IS FREE INTERNET

I actually got my hair cut 99% of the time from my mom so... meh. :V Last time I got it cut outside and ever since my hair stays up 24/7. Rage.

What is different between uploading on premium and free? I thought it was the same, I thought premium only allowed you to download unlimited?
I always thought it was this way. I thought it was good way to promote people to upload and force people to download and exceed the limit and make them decide to get a membership or not.
