thus reinforcing once more (as if we needed it) that Blizzard has zero concept of time
Actually it says: NEXT GAME STARTS 20 MINUTES

ooo guess i wasn't paying attention
all i saw at like 11am was the SC logo and 30 min LOL
thanks for corrections. on another note, anyone else feel like the wow coverage in the rts thread is a little weird.

More WoW: Cataclysm panel WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

i dont understand why they have to play all the matches at once which makes us miss most of the games and creates big breaks.
Would have been so good if every game would have been casted one by one.

While I agree it simply wouldn't be practical, it would make the casters not get any breaks and it would likely take more than 2 days to cast the whole tourney of not only SC but WC3 too

i'm a student in computer science about to graduate and trust me i have some knowledge regarding the process of software engineering, and one of it's most important characteristics is the notion of time; when are the goals going to be met? what is the time allowed for the completion of a specific task? apparently blizzard has no insight on this concept...

So apparently its Not one of the most important characteristics.

It's always amusing when a student claims to have some knowledge regarding something; in particular, better knowledge than professionals in the field.
(Trust me, I'm a student; I know what I'm talking about.)

I'm teacher in computer science and i can tell you that time in software development in real life enviroment is still mystery to me. (It is said, when you get a task to program, try to estimate time you think you will finish in, then multiply it by 3 and you will get the lovest time boundary )
