In this case, OZ has the advantage because they have the Super Ace Card in Jaedong. They just have to win 1 day and a victory looks certain for them. Therefore, I have to give OZ the advantage. Why does noone give Bisu a chance in super Ace? He's pretty good PvZ, or so I hear. Because the maps favour zerg and Bisu's lost to Zero recently, while Jaedong is a freaking monster. Bisu lost to Zero on a zerg map and against queens. To say that he's not going out because he RECENTLY LOST TO ZERO is a horrible arguement. He has a 65.18% winrate vs zerg. C'mon now. The Revolutionist has a great chance as taking down, if not better, than Fantasy and Canata Well, Bisu beat Jaedong pretty badly the last time they met in an Ace match. As we all know, Jaedong in angry mode = utter rape. Every time you beat Jaedong, your chances of winning the next encounter goes down by 50%. I mean... when was the time last someone beat Jaedong 2 encounters in a row? Ok, seriously. Bisu has a very good chance, especially since he has more time to practice. Jaedong has to prepare for Bisu and Fantasy. I would go as far as saying it'll be 50/50 between Jaedong and Bisu/Fantasy. He has to split up his training time about 60/40 for his ZvT vs Fantasy and his ZvZ vs Hyuk.. (actually make it 80/20...) There is a chance Jaedong might not have practiced enough for Bisu. Bisu however has been practicing non-stop for..3 weeks? Remember that Bisu has to play IriS tomorrow.

Record: 8 wins - 1 losses (88.89%) on outsider for Fantasy. Granted, none against Zerg, but it is his map.

Is SKT1 sure that they should use BeSt and Bisu at such late sets?

I don't really see why it matters. It's probably more important letting players play on their favourite map than getting a psychological advantage with early wins.

You honestly think he'll only practice PvZ? And worth mentioning might be that Bisu has recently performed the worst in PvZ out of all his match-ups. Another thing people don't seem to realize is that Backho holds more than a decent chance against Best, possibly even being a favorite.

Matchups look pretty good for Oz, especially day 1. Lomo is inconsistent but remember he beat fantasy on Shades not too long ago, so he is definitely capable of beating Canata. Oz Zergs have Jaedong to practice ZvZ with while SKT1 Zergs are known for failing. And I think Backho is capable of beating BeSt. Day 2 is slightly worse but there's still a decent chance at Oz bringing it to ace match.

Well with BackHo and Best is the match who will fail first . I bet on the Ho , because he has the reputation of doing so , but watching Best play in PL this season i don't know should be close . I also can't tell who is the favourite in the ZvZs in here of course i'm not talking about JD . On OZ side we have zergs other then JD on the SKT side we have the fail zergs . They will probably split a win each .

1. The first ACE match (should it happen) will be interesting. Neo Harmony is a protoss graveyard, with a full 3:1 advantage for the zerg (guess who bagged one of the four protoss wins however, and against whom he did it...), and there's no way in hell that SKT1 sends a zerg against Jaedong here, so fantasy is the likely pick. I think fantasy's chances are much stronger on Outsider however, so I think on the first day fantasy either wins once, or loses twice.
2. In retrospect, I think that the SKT1 zergs are probably getting the short end of the stick. After I posted my initial predictions, I realized that I predicted Thezerg to win twice, and Hyuk to lose twice, and somehow that doesn't seem right to me. But I think that ggaemo seems to be Oz's best bet (outside of JD, of course) as he has been practicing ZvZ for weeks now, after preparing for EffOrt last round. Killer is a total wild-card, as is Thezerg. These will undoubtably be my lowest confidence picks, at any rate.
3. Should PerfectMan win, how long will the live report thread get?
4. SKT1 has handled BeSt well in this series, he faces a toss and a terran, both generally his stronger match-ups. His PvP recently has been pretty poor however, and that makes BackHo (who deserves more credit) the favorite. BackHo is also strong in PvT and PvP, and I think BackHo may end up as Oz's second hero- he has tough match-ups, but is probably an even draw in both.
5. What map would the super(dooper) ACE be on?

Oh god. Hyuk... twice! ...and thezerg They can´t think clearly, Boxers epicness blinds the coaches!
C´mon Boxer to snipe Jaedong twice atleast... bunker rush daaaah!

OZ TOO EZ
oh and by the way
Hyuk: I have gained a lot of confidence as I prepared for the Grand Finals. If I am given the chance to play, I feel that I will definitely be able to win. I want to face against Jaedong out of all the Hwaseung players. I will prepare as I await my match against Jaedong. [/QUOTE]
Hoejja said exactly the same before KTF vs Oz @ winners league -.-

Pretty much a TvZ wonderland, so Fantasy is the safe bet for super ace. It's not bad for PvZ either so Bisu wouldn't be a horrible choice.
It's definitely a hard map for zerg most of the time, though, so SKT's got a good shot if it goes there.

After watching Jaedong demolishing SkyHigh on Destination makes me think that JD is very good against mech on it. Although Fantasy's mech style is quite different from SkyHigh's but still. Not talking about Fantasy's bio skills of course. The map is fairly even in PvZ so i think Bisu would be the best choice. I really hope it comes to that. What can be better to round up this long Proleague season.
