I'd be fairly confident OZ would take this if I knew for sure that Jaedong is better than Effort at ZvZ. But they appear to be pretty even against each other statistically, and anything can happen. Therefore I have to give CJ the edge.

Jaedong is a huge threat to CJ in this format. D: There's going to be so many times that they will have to beat him, unless they can play a lot better than Oz in all the other matches.

well um the same can be said for CJ. Oz is going to have to find a way to beat Effort, Skyhigh and Iris a lot too

Actually, unless the rest of Oz steps it up, they probably only have to beat Jaedong once.

Effort and Jaedong will define themselves in this series.

Actually, I take that back. I think it will be influential in the judgment of their respective skills...I hope this series helps people decide who is the "Top dog zerg" at the moment.

We'll know for definite after OSL/MSL is over anyway.

Regardless of what happens unless Effort outright abuses Jaedong and wins the gold Jaedong will be the top Zergling for a while.

OZ on day 1 with JD>X in ace match, CJ day 2, JD>X in superace and on to the inevitable Oz vs SKT final

The fact that this even has to be said is ridiculous. Effort still has a little ways to go before he can truly challenge JD, regardless of their matches after JD's path through hell.

I think Oz will take day 1 4-1 or 4-2 depending on Lomo vs Skyhigh. Day 2, on the other hand, it's hard to picture CJ losing. The ace maps allow Jaedong to play on even or better footing in every matchup so I'd say Oz has a pretty good chance to take this all things considered.

Whats your source? I do recall Flash saying that magma beat him the majority of the time in practice, This was after their OSL game.

i've talked to some eStro members and they said that he's pretty talented but didnt practice that much and that his ZvT was bad because of his poor muta control.
