still this url. login and go to orders. iam still waiting too. my status says completed but it hasent arived yet. guess the shipping to europe takes some time :/ i hope i get mine before my trip to japan  (only 3 days left t_T) | ||

The program we used to count the purchased product from the store had an error and did not account for a small amount of the orders. When I received the packages at my home, I did a count and the product sent matched the numbers we had ordered. However, as it was nearing the end of the packages it became apparent that there was not enough product to fill all the orders to be sent due to what we now know to be our own error in counting the purchases. I optimized the remaining orders as best as I could, filling as many as possible and giving preference to those who placed their orders first. We have been contacting WeMade to see if it is even possible to get the rest of the product for you guys to contact you with more concrete options (these were all specially made just for us and not even available in Korea). Shortly was not expected to be this long and you don't deserve to be left out of the loop. This whole ordeal is ridiculous and has been a nightmare. To the remaining fifteen of you we owe you a very deep apology, here are your options for right now: (1) We can fully refund you. (2) You can keep waiting for us to hear from WeMade and see if getting your stuff is a possibility. We will let you know as soon as we know. | ||

it's really fitting after I washed it the 1st time.. might shrink a bit more after continuous washes, but its still quite pimp! i'm glad i ordered it and even more glad that I received it. thanks, again, big big thanks to the TL staff for putting this together, even though it might not have run as smoothly as hoped  | ||
