"A few left." "Mostly settled." July 4th. It's not like he is still packing all of the merchandise. It should all have been shipped by now.

It's evident he hasn't shipped it yet --- If thats true then coming on here and lying saying:
"Still a few left that I couldn't get in due to moving apartments. I am moved in and mostly settled as of today. I should be able to get the rest out within the next few days."
is a dirty deal. The excepted ship date has been pushed back over and over again with little info as to why. Now that our shirts are in the states and no progress has been made, there are plenty of reasons to complain.
Its awesome TL is doing this for us, but with this kind of service I can't imagine buying any in the future.

I don't know if they actually banked any money out of this, but they still provided us with the service of getting the shirts from korea and shipping them out to each of us. If they didn't bank any money out of it, then I guess there isn't much to complain about since there isn't an easy way of buying the shirts ourselves.

In fact, I forgot I had ordered it. Twice.

Have any of the pro teams opened online shops for oversea orders yet?
Sorry to hear you guys lost money on the ordeal. I won't complain as much then.

yeah that sucks, how much did you guys lose out of this? Did you guys misjudge cost of shipping? I can't remember what you charged for it in total, but I know that is always a problem for me when I post something on ebay. I am too lazy to figure out shipping costs. I know I ordered like 4-5 things. Although I can't even remember what they were at this point. I think it was like a shirt combo pack and an official jersey.
Well thanks guys, even if its taking a while. He probably shipped it out and we have just a couple of weeks left max now.

No what really happened was after negotiating prices as low as i could go, a certain site decided they would jump the gun with zero experience in this and instead of adding like 1$ extra per item to cover extraneous costs priced then at exactly what wemade was selling them for (ESPORTS LLC BUSINESS SENSE!)....It wasn't even like they tried to undercut to get better sales - it was just really dumb. We weren't exactly in a position to jack prices when we announced second.
I actually told wemade we were canceling the whole order cause i didn't want to play around with this petty bullshit but they convinced me otherwise. In future it will be exclusivity or nothing.
We didn't lose that much - any profit we make always goes 100% reinvestment into TL projects etc. But it was still a big fucking tilt for me.

Next time we will factor in a 400% profit margin to take care of this problem.

it said preorder when we ordered, so there isn't that much to complain about. I still think it was a great opportunity, so thanks again

if you think about it, 3+ months is nothing. we've waited much longer for starcraft 2 beta to be released, i dont think a few more weeks is gonna do any harm

Anyway, I think TL should let us know how much money you guys lost and give us a paypal address to cover it.

Wow that sucks, I'l be sure to buy the new TL shirt when it comes out so you guys can have some profit, after getting blocked, by what frankly is a worse site than this, not naming any names of course.

No the money is no big deal, forget about it - it just sucks having people trying to play with the big boys and then fucking everyone cause they suck. We are trying to track down SOG to find out what's going on with shipping/.

what exactly is the problem with that? even a porn site can buy 300 shirts and re-sell them from 1 dollar. Its not like a monopolized marketplace where you decide what is the common "business sense". Besides if TL has the professionalism and experience on it side, you could always put higher prize tag, because ppl would buy this shirt from TL - the best community site for the job. Not to mention TL has a very big and loyal base of members, who would still pay the extra money. I think its just how the economy works and what this site with zero experience does its really part of their policy or even the lack of it.
Maybe the whole thing went wrong for other reasons
