Is it still possible to watch afreeca streams as a foreigner or should I just watch streams like 'kjwcj' here on teamliquid?

I haven't tried it yet (been watching restreams) but there is a program linked to in that thread (Bluestacks) that is supposed to let your computer run the free mobile afreeca app. Or you can get the mobile afreeca app yourself as instructed in the guide.
